SEARCH KEY WAS NOT FOUND--CAN'T DELETE A RECORD HELP

access went crazy. In all areas of database it automatically entered jargon.
it won't let me delete the record. I got a message that said "SEARCH KEY WAS
NOT FOUND" please help
