Search form problem

Hello!
I'm having a problem designing a search. I've copied Allen Browne's
example exactly (from this address-http://allenbrowne.com/ser-62.html).
to me their properities and code a the same.

The problem is that when I search on a form I created in design view
this apperars

#Name?

Has anybody came accross this before?? Any suggestions are welcome!
