I am new to C#...

I know a CryptEnumProviders "feature" from C++.

What is the way to list the CSPs using C#? I did not found any function to
do so.

The .NET Framework comes with several CSPs and makes it easy to build your own.

When it comes to using some of the built in ones, take a look at the
following links for some examples of how to do it:

But my main problem is that I am looking for a funtion to list the available
csps unsing C# as CryptEnumProviders does it for c++...

You can just call the CryptEnumProviders throgh the P/Invoke layer. As
a matter of fact, I've placed the definition on http://www.pinvoke.net. You
