Are there any good freeware search engine submission programs
available? (i.e. so that I can submit my website to numerous search
engines quickly and easily)

hi,
I think the only way is to make this step by step in add url page of
the Google, dmoz....
I try some software's long time ago, but seams that nothing work's
fine!
Try this, it's new service from google:

Many search engines regards an automatic submnission as spam and rejects
it. You would be better off doing it the hard way: one by one
submissions to the top 10-15 search engines. Don't forget DMOZ!
