Search Companion

Since installing SP2 my search companion doesn't work. I
get an exclamation mark and error message One of the
files needed to run search companion is missing. You
might have to run set up. I have tryed a few things
including reinstalling the srchasst.inf file and a few
regestry adjustments from Kelly's sight and nothing seams
to work.
After I get the error message and click ok, the little
dog comes up on a blank left panel and if I click on him
he scratches.
Anyone have a fix????

Running out of suggestions now .........................

Could try:-
Click Start, Run, then type in: regsvr32 /i browseui.dll
Press Enter
Then type in: regsvr32 /i shell32
Press Enter
