Search by content very slow

Hi group,

Just wondering if it's possible to access the power of the built-in Advanced
Find functions from VBA. I have code to search for user-specified strings
in the body of mail items but it's orders of magnitude slower than the
built-in Advanced Find method.

Have you tried using the AdvancedSearch in Outlook 2002 or later?
