Hello. When I go to search.msn.com., the bottom row of commands are missing,
including "Search Builder", "Settings", and "Help". They only appear after I
make a search. Now at home, this isn't the behavior. When I go to
search.msn.com, I see all the commands. Why the difference?

Hi T si,

Your color settings (for hyperlinks) are different on each machine or to put
it another way the designer of the search msn page did not specify colors
for the hyperlinks on the page.

Check your Color settings for IE. Tools>Internet Options - General tab -
Colors

Where do i change the hyperlink colors?

I find that the link colors are the same on both machines. I changed some,
but not difference in behavior.

Before looking for color differences I would check the source to make
sure there is something there to be colored? <eg>
