SDR? or DDR? Maybe both?!!!

Im very much familiar with these abbreviations and how they work. But I
could never find any information as to whether I could use DDR graphics
cards, i.e., ATI's RADEON® 9800 128 series on my pc.

Here are the stats:
1.2 Ghz AMD Duron, 2 DIMM mem slots-704 MB Memory (sdr), 100GB HDs(80 and
20), 200Mhz FSB, 1 AGP4x slot and the rest of the info is not needed.

I believe it isn't posible but at the same time I'm not sure what to believe
when it comes to this situation.
 
If it's an AGP card it should plug into the AGP slot on your motherboard.
But, you have a Duron processor which means your system is a few years old.
That ATI card is about $250.00. You could take that $250 and with another
$500 buy a pretty nice, brand new system.

The SDR means single data rate and DDR means dual data rate, in terms of
your motherboard you can should check your manual to see what are the type
of RAM you can use, then there is the video card that connects in the AGP
slot, as for SDR and DDR mention in the card that is referring to the
installed video memory type and size. So you don't have any problem...
because the video memory either SDR or DDR is installed and controlled by
the video card and your RAM is installed and controlled by your
motherboard...
