Scumbag babylon needs extermination

Anyone know how to dump this load of stinking excrement and disease?

TIA
 
I managed to get rid of it from a friend's riddled laptop but can't
remember exactly how. It could have been by Restore to Earlier Date.

Have you tried disabling it from your browser's add-ons?

Short of flattening and starting with a fresh OS install, you'll never
really know that unauthorized software is completely gone.

Then run Spybot.
