i am get this error message when i go into help and support "the procrdure entry point DoOpenStream could not be located in the dynamic link libary ScrRun.dll" I would like to know what dose this mean and is there a fix for it?
 
Go to "Start" -> "Run" -> and register the dll by using regsvr32 command:

regsvr32 scrrun.dll?

To solve this problem, you need to install "Windows Script" from Microsoft.
Go to the MSDN Section of Microsof
You will find it there if you go t
-> Downloads > Downloads by Topic > Windows Scrip
