Scrooling

I lost my C: drive and am reloading everything, my Microsoft wireless mouse
does not scrool smoothly anymore vertically, makes the scrooling kindof
jumpy if you know what I mean....drives me crazy.........Can anyone
help..........Thanks.

Either new batteries and/or reset button .
