when i scroll any web page it seems to drag the page
slowly. Almost looks like a wave.
What can i do to fix this problem.

Graphics Card is using "shared" memory.

That's likely the cause of the problem. Graphics card doesn't have enough
memory. If your system can accommodate a different card, I'd start looking
for one with its own memory.
