Scrolling with a Mouse on Access forms

Win Me: Opp. Syste
On loading a form the scroll wheel will not scroll to the bottom of the page but will change records instead. We have used two different mice, a Microsoft wheel mouse and a Digitech. We are using a Genius mouse on our second computer which uses windows XP and it is scrolling perfectally. Desperate.
