Scrolling table

I am currently using 2003 Office Suite (Access).
There are lots of data in the table.
Scrolling to go the bottom row of tables using scroll bar is time
consuming.
Is there anyway go the bottom of tables quickly which is similar to
"Control/End" hotkey for Microsoft word.

Also at the bottom of the table window there are some symbols
similar to this Record: <| < 1 of 10 > >| the >| takes you to the
last entry. The <| takes you to the first entry. The < and > take
you forward and back one record.
