In windows 98, when i would scroll through a page, it would be seamless. With Windows XP, when I scroll, it scrolls in waves, which is very frustrating. Is there something I can do?
Visit the website of the manufacturer of your computer
or video card and download/install the appropriate Windows XP
drivers.
Afterward, right-click on your Desktop and select:
Properties > Setting and adjust your Screen Resolution
settings, then select "Highest (32 bit) Color Quality setting,
and click "apply".
