scrolling effect

When I scroll down a web page or word document it scrolls
very slowly and blinks. How do I prevent this from
happening?
 
Hi,

the problem is with the display adapter and the refresh rate. Check if your drivers are compatible for xp and then uninstall the old drivers and reinstall the new drivers for xp.

Or in another case it means that the drivers are not installed at all. install the drivers.
