Scrollbars in CDHtmlDialog

Hi,

I have a dialog based on CDHtmlDialog and already loaded a htm-file
into the dialog. The htm-file is longer than the screen. So I want to
scroll up and down. I've managed to create vertical scrollbars, but
content of the window doesn't move. What do I do wrong?
