Is there a fix or registry entry to make ie6 scroll only one page at a time,
no matter where the mouse is positioned? Why would someone want to scroll
two pages verse one when clicking on the scrollbar?

What you describe sounds like a bug from an earlier critical update. This
has been fixed. Visit Windows Updates.

No there isn't...it's a knows bug that will hopefully
will be resolved soon in the next patch.

Yep, that did it. Haven't been at Windows Update since about Jan.
