scroll wheel doesn't work in 'All Mail Folders'

I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 and discovered that when I click in the 'All
Mail Folders' pane and use my mouse's scroll wheel to scroll through the list
of folders, the scrolling behavior occurs in the message preview pane instead
of the 'All Mail Folders' pane...where I would expect the focus to be. Is
this a bug or a "feature" and does anyone know a workaround? It is driving me
crazy!

Works fine for me. You actually don't need to click in the folder list,
just make sure your mouse pointer is in that pane.

I have the same problem... were you ever able to resolve the issue... I
haven't had any luck
