Scroll Line

My scroll line disappeared in my windows mail. I know its a simple fix but
don't feel
like reading. I have attention deficient plus I'm older than most. Can you
help?

Hi, Shirley.

Do you mean the Scroll Bar? The vertical scroll bar on the right of the
window, or the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom? Or both? Is it missing
entirely, or just so skinny that it seems to have disappeared?

Or are you looking at a page or list that is so short that it all fits on
one page, so the scroll bar isn't needed?

We can't see your computer, so you'll have to describe for us exactly what
you did and what you see.
