Scroll Bars on IE

Sometime in the recent past, the scroll bars on IE6 have
begun functioning wierdly. Now when I click in the
scroll bar, but below the marker, instead of doing
a "Page Down" function, it appears to go down about 2
pages. Any ideas or anyone else having this problem?

It is a bug that MS are aware of in the latest update.
 
Problem is caused by the recent 824145 update.
It can be removed pending a new version.
Add/Remove programs.....

Thank you for your help. Removing the 824415 version
fixed it. Now, I wonder what I gave up to get rid of
that problem?
