Scroll bar overscrolls

Ever since I installed the latest IE 6.0 critical
security update, the vertical scroll bar advances two
pages instead of one when I click above or below the
slider. Is there a setting to fix this? Is a bug? New
feature? Scrolls work ok everywhere else. -- Bob

A bug in the Q824145 patch. Microsoft knows about it.
Click immediately under the slider in the scrollbar or drag the slider.

I have the same problem and I tried to do a restore to
wipe out the last Update I received from MS. It did not
fix the problem. I reloaded my mouse drivers -- still no
fix. I was beginning to think it was just me, but after
reading your note, I think it is a problem introduced by
MS. I will try to contact them, but they don't offer
support for IE6 because it is free. If you hear anything,
please let me know and I will do the same for you.
