scripting not working !!!

ok just wrote in about back up of registry... One of the problems I am having is that when I go on certain sites (games) it tells me my scripting is not working.. I have microsoft vm turned off and sun java installed but don't know if my settings are correct... Always get a warning asking if I want to run scripts on this page. How do I fix this problem???

Control Panel|INTERNET OPTIONS|SECURITY tab|CUSTOM. Review the settings,
or choose the default.
 
thank you dev, I went in and changed to default but dont know if this will make my computer as secure as I am trying to get it...
