Script errors messages while browsing web

It started with just one now and then on one site I frequently visit. Now I'm getting them on other sites and more often. What's going on? When it asks me if I want to continue running scripts on that page I click 'yes' and everything is fine, except the messages keep coming when I go to another site and/or return to that one.
 
In IE, tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab, tick "Disable script debugging." Clear
"Display a notification about every script error.
