Script error

I get the following error when trying to load McAfee
VirusScan from their latest 8.0 CD

"An error has occurred in the script for this page"
Line: 1068
Char: 1
Error: Object expected
Code: 0
URL: mcp://E:\VSC\ENU\VSOINS.UL;;default.htm

I am running IE 6.0 under Windows 98. All the Microsoft
updates are current.

Anybody got a clue? I sent this same message to McAfee
but have not received any response yet.

I get the same message all too often in one way or
another - even on the Microsoft newsgroups page! No luck
in troubleshooting it away either. would love to know how
to fix it.
