script error

almost everytime i change url, for example if i click a
hyperlink within a web page to take me to another section
of the site, i receive an error. the error look as follows

Line: line number
Char: character number
Error: error
Code: code number

this is very annoying, if anyone knows how to correct
this please email me the instructions asap

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.
