script error please help

I cannot get into win.help and support glossary. keep getting "script error" Line 22 ,Char.2 error "object expected" code 0 please has anyone got a way to fix it
 
Hi,

Start/run and type in: helpctr -regserver or to totally reinstall help
and support, assuming you installed to C:
Make hidden folders visible first and then go to
C:\windows\inf\pchealth.inf right-click and choose install. You will
need the XP cd.
