res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Out of nowhere I am getting this error message which prevents me printing
e-mail contents. I can of course print using copy and paste to notebook but
what is this about please?

I would be grateful if you can point me towards a solution or explanation of
how to deal with this error.

What question would get an answer from googling the problem? I have not
asked the right question so far.

Many thanks

Jumbo
