Script Debugger Does Nothing

I have a custom form open, I click Tools -> Forms ->
Script Debugger. Nothing Happens. I made sure web
scriting support is installed through Add/Remove Programs.

Any ideas what would cause this?
 
Fixed it.

If anybody else ever has this problem, try re-enabling
scripting support from the advanced tab in internet
explorer. If it still doesn't work, go to microsoft's
download site and reinstall the microsoft debugger.
