How do I permantely delete the screensavers that came with
windows?

When I go to C: and delete them they just come back?

I want to get rid of them as I never use those and this
way I have room for the ones I download.

You can still use the screensavers you download, all they are is *.scr files
that come preinstalled.
If you want to use the ones you download just make one of them the default.
If you haev to delete the default ones, do a search for *.scr files and
delete them
