Screensaver won't start with Netropa

When my computer boots, Netropa Hot Key runs. If I run no other programs, my
screensaver won't start. If I have another program running, I have no
problems. If I three-finger salute and end Netropa Hot Key, I have no
problems. The other 2 users on my computer do not experience any problems
whatsoever. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

If Netropa does only run on this user account: contact them and see if
you can get an update for the software.
 
Didn't seem to help. Netropa runs the "extra" feature on my keyboard, which
I rarely, if, ever, use. Can I just get rid of it?

Yes. Simply remove Netropa from your startup settings.
