Screensaver on "Lock Computer"

I remember of looking a particular screensaver kind of a thing which
looks like an animated dish antenna (not sure if it is a screensaver)
which keeps running if the computer is locked.

Can you guys shed some light on it? I do not get that when the computer
is locked but few machines I saw had that option.
 
Check to see what is selected via the screensaver option on the machine(s)
in question.
