Hello,
when I understand "It is my fondest hope that someone will get some
use from it before the canvas element in Firefox 1.5 completely
supercedes it." corretly, maybe this is a better alternative (for
now current Firefox 1.5):

"Pearl Crescent Page Saver"

sorry I have not seen the other post for this. On the other hand
maybe it is useful to have something to decide between this two
extentions on the same purpose. I choose "Pearl Crescent Page
Saver" and find it working well for me.
