screen view

My screen view is sideways, the computer seems to be working fine except that
I have to turn my head sideways to look or read anything.Could someone tell
me how to fix this?

Turn the monitor on its side or right click on the desktop and select
properties then settings and look for a setting that says turn the picture
on its side
