screen sideways

My desktop screen is sideways. Mouse is even sideways.
When you open up programs, they open sideways. Windows XP.
How do I get the screen back to normal.

Well, you can either tip your monitor on it's side :) Or go into the system
display properties, click the Advanced button on the Settings tab and hope
that your driver offers an option to change the angle... Most modern
cards/drivers offer this function...

Look for rotation settings in the general area that Lorne indicated.
With my Intel driver it's under graphics properties.

Have you recently upgraded your software? Cause I did a

windows update for the pro savage software and it screwed
with my monitor. (Just not to that extreme.) If so, roll
back the driver or adjust with your monitors controls.
Reply and let me know if it went ok.
