Screen seems to be rolling

Any fixes for this ... I had to reload Windows XP Pro and
when I scroll down on the right side bar, the screen
seems to roll like an old time movie instead of just
scrolling up and down like it used to do.

Any thoughts as to the problem?

I think you need to reinstall your video card driver.
