Assuming that you have downloaded and installed a third-party screensaver
program, you might want to contact the vendor of the screensaver if you are
facing issues with it.

The default location for the images is in the following location:
C:\WINDOWS\Web\Wallpaper
You may have inadvertantly deleted those files. If you have another
computer you could copy the default images from that computer to the
one where they are missing from. Or you could just copy some of your
favorite images into this directory.

That's the default location to wallpaper IF the user doesn't decide to
set his/her own wallpaper, bucko.
