screen resolution and color depth

i have downloaded the windows xp service pack2. after completing the download
process, my pc then restarts. after it starts back, the screen's resolution
is messed up. garbled images and the color is not as good as it should be. i
had been trying to change the screen resolution but it wouldn't help. how can
i correct this settings. can anyone help me pls. you can always reach me thru
(e-mail address removed).......... maybe we can use the remote assistance so
you can view my system.

Hi Lanie,

Either do a roll back on your display driver via the Device Manager or check
the website of your manufacturer.
