screen problem

hi everyone,i ave done something and i do not know what...when i go to scroll
up or down instead of runing free the page is going in steps.2hrs ive tried
to sort it i am close to tears...please excuse the spelling,very very
grateful for any help i am new to all this thanks chris

Hi Chris,
Try this:
Click Start >> Control panel >> Printers and Other Hardware >> Double click
the Mouse.
On the Mouse Properties click on Wheel Tab and make sure this settings right:
Scrolling:

Roll the wheel one touch to scroll:
(*) The following number of lines at a time
[ 3 ][v]

Try to Deactivate this feature by Pressing the Middle Button/Wheel on the
mouse, you or your friend may be pressed it by mistake.
Or Try system restore to before you made the changes.
