Screen Controller?

Hey,
I've been having a problem. Whenever I type a long document out onto my PC,
I can only type two or three lines before it seems to jump to another window,
but it dosen't show that. I am wondering why this happens? I've virus
scanned, and spyware scanned, but it still wont go away!!

I am on XP SP2, Home Edition.

What you're referring to is, I think called "window focus". The window
with focus will be active and will have its title bar highlighted - other
windows will be dimmed slightly.

What other window does the focus shift to? You might for example have a
web site updating a browser in another window in a way that attracts the
focus.

Check for mouse utilities that shift the focus to the window the cursor is
over - with these, if you accidentally move the mouse, the focus will change
and your keystrokes will go elsewhere. This can also be caused by a
malfunctioning mouse or keyboard.

Ok, But how would I check my keyboard keys, and for the mouse utilities?
I know how to mouse test, and thats it. And now i've had lots of popups
unexpectedly!
