screen appearance

My screen appears stretched, and out of color balance. I also keep getting a
message that says my resolution is too low and my color dept is incorrect.

Right click on your desktop and select peoperties.
Check all the tabs for the settings you need.

As the previous post says, right-click on your desktop, select Properties.
I believe you click the 'Settings' tab, then use the slider under 'Screen
resolution' to raise the level of resolution (start with 800x600 and see if
that works for you)
my color dept is incorrect <

In the same area under 'Color Quality', change to '24 bit or 32 bit'. If
these options aren't available anymore you'll need to update or rollback
your Display adapter in 'Device Manager'.
