How do i convert a scrap object.shs into jpg, bmp??

Direct conversion is not possible.

A scrap file is an OLE object that has to be inserted by dragging it
to a document. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/138275 for
explanation.

*If* you can drag the scrap file into a Word document (which depends
on what version of Word, and maybe what version of Windows, you have),
then you can take a screen shot of it and save that as a graphic file.
I'd recommend Snagit (www.techsmith.com) for that, but you can paste a
screen shot into Windows Paint or another graphics program.
