SCHTASKS - last result other than 0

What does a last result of 128 mean? My scheduled tasks are not running.
I've tested security of the User running the task - seems fine. I can't find
any references on how to interpret the "last results". Any help would be
appreciated.

Scheduled Tasks require an account with a non-blank password also Scheduled
Tasks|Advanced|View Log may provide some details.
