Scheduling Data Copying Between Two Folders

Hi,
I just want to know if I have two folders let them be on the same
machine or on two different machine over the network. The need is t o copy
the contents of one folder to the other. One solution is to use backup tool
and to shcedule it. This solution is perfect but the problem is the result a
backup file, not a folder with the same contents of the original. Is there
any tool to be used to copy one folder from a location to the other?
