Scheduling background or low priority jobs

Is there a way to specify "background" or "low priority"
when scheduling a REMOTE job from the command line? Or
using the scheduler. I don't have access to the machine
to set the priority through the "Windows Task Manager" on
the target machine. Thanks a lot!

You can use
start "" /low "PathToExe"

start /?
for the syntax
