Scheduling automatic reboots

Hi,

Is there a way to schedule a reboot of an XP Pro computer
at a certain time?

What I want to do is when the system time hits the
designated time of day, it does a restart of the
computer. Is this possible?

Shutdown.exe is available in Windows XP.
