scheduling a task problem

I'm having trouble getting the syntax correct.

I want IE to start and go to a specific site.
I have the line below in the Run box
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE"

and then I wish it to start the following URL
http:\www.gigaparts.com

I do have in the below in the Start in box.
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer"
