You can not schedule any tasks to run at 12:00 PM. Any
numbers entered from 12:00 to 12:59 will change to option
from PM to AM when OK is clicked. 1:00 PM will work. This
is a minor bug that will have to be ironed out.

Hi Gary,
Yup. That's on their list to tweak. Scheduling at times other than that
should work fairly well.

Although when you schedule at other times, its usually off by two days, but
look at the bright side, at least its scanning.
