Scheduler

I changed the scheduler to run the scan at 4 PM daily.
Yet the program continues to run at the default time of 2
AM daily. I don't want that. Is that a bug?
 
Yes. Keep trying. Times between 12 and 12:59 don't work. 10 am has a
rather amusing effect, but works. I've successfully had daily scans running
at 10 am, 11:11 pm, and, I think, 5:05 pm.
