Scheduled task not working

Hi,
I tried to scheduled a backup job by System tool/backup
wizard and found "could not start". If i doing manually to
backup it will work, just can't schedule. What i missing?
Thanks a lot.
 
You probably entered an invalid account/password
combination for the task. Enter it again!
